MAP 2022 APPLICATION
Only completed applications submitted electronically by March 1, 2022 will be considered.
NOTE:

Performance Track: All applications will be evaluated by MAP faculty for acceptance and level placement.

Choral Track: All applications for the Scholars program will automatically be considered for the Apprentice program if not named a Scholar.

Two art-song selections: 1 German Lied, 1 French Melodie, 1 English Song (varied styles/tempos of a moderate level of difficulty – i.e. Schubert, Faure, Quilter, etc)

One solo piece (a single movement is fine, but showing technical facility)

Choral Track:

Vocalists

2 art songs, one of which must be English and one in another language

a video of you conducting a choral ensemble (optional for Apprentice Level)

2 selections: one art song with a singer and one solo selection

Chamber Music:

One solo selection and one movement of a chamber piece
Composers:

2 pdfs of recent compositions including 1 art song. Please send recording links, if possible.
